The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West has a requirement for Ground Ambulance Services. The Contractor shall operationally staff Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), Paramedics, and a Senior Level Paramedic that shall serve as an On-Site Program Manager for eight (8) ground ambulances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year in support of William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), U.S. Army Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC) Fort Bliss Operational Area-Ranges, Fort Bliss, El Paso Texas and White Sands Missile Range (WSMR).
The base period of performance is approximately 01 April 2024 through 31 March 2025, plus four (4) twelve-month option periods (through 31 March 2029). This requirement will be 100% set-aside for SBA 8(a) program participants. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621910, Ambulance Services. The Small Business Administrations size standard for NAICS 621910 is $22.5 Million.

Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
