The proposed award is for a training course of system and component repair and related troubleshooting, maintenance procedures that enable maintenance personnel to troubleshoot vehicle systems, inspect systems, make necessary repairs on the Government owned Oshkosh Joint Light Tactical Vehicles throughout MCB Installations in Okinawa, Japan.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 611519.

This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must provide a Capability Statement and explanation of their objection to the sole source procurement in writing via e-mail to: Isoko Yonahara at isoko.yonahara.ja@usmc.mil within (3) business days from the date of this notice. Verification of receipt of electronic transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to Oshkosh Defense LLC.
