This pre-solicitation notice is for the procurement of custodial services in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Devens, MA 01434. This solicitation will be for 100% Small Business set aside. This award will be a single fixed price contract. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, materials, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and non-personal services to provide the custodial services in accordance with (IAW) the specifications as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561720 – Janitorial Services – with a small business size standard of $22,000,000.00. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-24-R-5008. The solicitation will be posted on or about 28 December 2023 via SAM at SAM.gov/. The official due date for all proposals will be stated in the official solicitation. The due date for any questions in regards to the solicitation shall be included in the “Instruction to Offerors” section of the solicitation.
