release a Solicitation for a Job Ordering Contract (JOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. Work will be composed
of, but not limited to, all labor, materials, parts (to include system components), supervision, project management, equipment, quality and safety assurance, and all other necessary
resources, except when specified as Government furnished, to repair, maintain, alter, or construct real property facilities and structures at Fayetteville VAMC and as specified in strict
accordance with all contract terms, conditions, any special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, and exhibits contained in this contract and per each individual
task order. A Pre-Proposal Site Visit is tentatively projected for 06 February 2024 at 2:30 PM EST and Potential Offerors are required to RSVP by no later than 12:00 PM EST 30 January via
email to samantha.cahill@va.gov. It is the responsibility of the Potential Offerors to confirm receipt of RSVP. It is the responsibility of the Potential Offerors to bring all necessary
personnel, inclusive of subcontractors, tooling, and materials necessary to the Pre-Proposal Site Visit. The Government will NOT be providing paper copies of any solicitation,
solicitation attachments or annexes, specifications, or drawings. The Government will NOT be reimbursing any costs associated with attendance or proposal preparation. The North American
Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $45 Million. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 23 January 2024 with an approximate response
date of 23 February 2024. The solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. However,
should this pre-solicitation notice fail to provide adequate socio-economic interest to merit the continued reservation of the set-aside, the projected site visit may be cancelled. If a
qualified SDVOSB is indeed interested in this requirement and does plan to attend the site visit, please ensure that your firm s interest in this project is communicated to the POC for
this notice by the previously identified RSVP date above. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in
the following websites: Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov). Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an
award. Potential Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS
number; recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. The solicitation will be available only via the Internet at the following address: SAM.gov | Contract
