The objective of this task order is for a qualified vendor to provide the FFB with the following I.T. operations and maintenance support services for the LMCS and MCLS systems:

1. Project management services, to plan implement apply and maintain required project management expertise to fully address all program management tasks events processes and products associated with all activities under this PWS and other activities related to maintenance and development of the LMCS and MCLS systems.
2. I.T. Operations and maintenance support, to include providing detailed written requirements, analysis and documentation, system and database administration, Agile application maintenance and code development, testing, DevOps management, customer service, and general I.T. troubleshooting of the LMCS and MCLS applications.
3. Technical documentation, to provide technical documentation explaining in detail the underlying mathematical and financial logic of the loan pricing programs of LMCS/MCLS

Development efforts to support the tasks above will involve Java analysis and coding. The application involves financial algorithms and functions, and development efforts will need to account for the understanding of financial and mathematical concepts.
