Responses will assist VA planners in determining an appropriate acquisition and set-aside strategy which best fits VA requirements. This action is to perform market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; (3) Small or emerging small business firms; or (4) large business firms to set aside a multiple award contract. SCOPE OF WORK: The intent of this Contract is to have one five-year IDIQ contract for Ambulance Transportation Services to transport beneficiaries of the VA Butler Health Care System. VA Butler Health Care. The Contractor shall be state certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health and Human Service and Bureau of Emergency Medical Services. VA Butler Health Care consists of two main campus/location: Abie Abraham (Main campus) 353 North Duffy Road Butler, PA 16001 and Butler VA Medical Center 325 New Castle Road Butler, PA 16001. The hours of operation for the Medical Center are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The Contractor shall provide ambulance coverage VA Butler Health Care, 24 hours per day/7 days per week, 365 days per year. This will include all major holidays observed by the Government.
