This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) RFQ 1332KP24Q0006 - This is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-1.

(iv) This is a full and open procurement and the associated NAICS code is 518210 and small business size standard is $40 million.

(v) Please see attached for the items, quantities, and units of measure.

(vi) Please see attached for the description of requirements for the items to be acquired.

(vii) Please see attached for the date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.

(ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, is not applicable, please see CAR 1352.213-70 Evaluation utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (APR 2010) in Section XII in the attached.

(x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer.
