SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking
potential sources for hotel lodging services. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only to determine interest and capability of potential qualified
sources. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers
submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for
any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided. Responses shall be
submitted to james.harris13@va.gov by 3:00 pm PST on Tuesday, December 26, 2023. NCO 20 is seeking sources capable of providing lodging for single and double occupancy rooms. Rooms are
required for Veterans traveling long-distances for on-site appointments with the Boise VA Medical Center. The Government is considering a fixed priced, single award Indefinite Delivery
Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for veteran hotel/lodging services for a period of five (5) years starting in February 2024. Contractor shall provide single and double occupancy rooms in
accordance with the statement of work. Contractor Requirements/Responsibilities: Shall be the single point of contact for issues/complaints for the hotel and the Medical Center. Shall
monitor hotels for compliance with all safety and health regulations, state and federal. Shall provide a point of contact (POC) for contract management. This is NOT a request for quotes.
