tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at
Wappapello Lake, Missouri, in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and
present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor’s performance will be based on the Contracting
Officer’s (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Quality Assurance Personnel evaluations of the
results required by the Service Delivery Summary and not the frequency or method of performance. It is at the
Contractor’s discretion to determine the levels of frequencies to attain the level of service at the best value. The
evaluation of results will be based on COR performance assessment, quality assurance results, and customer
complaints. Final results of the evaluations will be the determining factor for the success or failure of this contract.
The Contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial
standards as outlined by the Professional Grounds Management Society (PGMS). When mowing, vegetation control,
mulching, and renovation services are required, the Contractor shall contact the COR one business day prior to starting
services. Services shall be completed in a continuous clockwise or counterclockwise movement around the project,
and shall follow the same path, every cycle, as outlined in the Contractors Grounds Maintenance Master Work Plan
(GMMWP). The GMMWP will describe how the Contractor plans to meet the contract requirements and the
equipment and manpower to be utilized.
