The contractor shall provide a preventive maintenance, inspection (PMI), and repair service contract for approximately 56 various type structures (i.e., warehouses, vehicle maintenance bays, office areas, hazardous waste storage, vehicle wash rack, etc.) located in an industrial type-complex on Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station (JBC-WS).

Place of Performance: AFSBn Charleston is in Goose Creek, South Carolina on the Joint Base Charleston- Weapons Station (JBC-WS).

Period of Performance is as follows:
Base Year: 01 April 2024 – 31 March 2025
Option Year 1: April 2025 – 31 March 2026
Option Year 2: April 2026 – 31 March 2027
Option Year 3: April 2027 – 31 March 2028
Option Year 4: April 2028 – 31 March 2029

Site Visit Information: Prior to submission of quotes, parties interested in responding to this RFQ are highly encouraged to attend the SITE VISIT CURRENTLY SCHEDULED FOR 4 January 2024 @ 0900 EST. No other Site Visit opportunities will be available. Attendees are limited to two (2) personnel per firm. Registrants shall submit company name, contact information, name of attendees and a completed Base Application Form-111 via email to both Brandy Stroud (brandy.stroud@us.af.mil) and Kevin Dunn (kevin.dunn@us.af.mil) no later than 22 December 2023 by Close of Business. Upon registration, Vendors will receive meeting location and itinerary information for the Site Visit.

Request for Information (RFI): Questions received, in writing, and subsequent answers will be posted to Sam.gov. Offerors are encouraged to submit in writing all questions and requests for clarifications no later than midnight EDT, 8 January 2024. The decision whether to respond to questions and requests for clarification made after midnight EST, 8 January 2024 shall be at the sole discretion of the contracting officer. Failure of a prospective offeror to submit any questions will be construed to mean that the prospective offeror fully understands all requirements of the solicitation.
