Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: This acquisition is to provide one (1) non-personal services IDIQ contract for tree services within the area of responsibility of the Mountain Home Project Office.

Place(s) and date(s) of performance:
• Services shall be performed at Mountain Home Project Office, 324 West 7th Street, Mountain Home, AR 72653.
• Dates of performance will be as follows: • Base Period – February 1, 2024 – January 31, 2025; • Option Period 1 – February 1, 2025 – January 31, 2026; • Option Period 2 – February 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027; • Option Period 3 – February 1, 2027 – January 31, 2028; • Option Period 4 – February 1, 2028 – January 31, 2029

Minimum Guarantee: The guaranteed minimum is $2,500 and is for the base period only. There is no guaranteed minimum for the option periods, if exercised.

SITE VISIT: An organized site visit will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at 9:00 AM CST, at the Mountain Home Project Office (see address above). All parties must RSVP no later than 24 hours before the site visit by emailing Lisa McFarland at lisa.b.mcfarland@usace.army.mil.
