The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to LEG, Inc. (doing business as: West Academic Publishing) for multiple copies of the 2023-2024 print edition of the Coffee, Sale, and Whitehead’s Federal Securities Laws: Selected Statutes, Rules and Forms. The Contracting Officer has determined that LEG, Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SECs requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). This publication is under copyright and not available from other sources in the quantity needed by the SEC.

The SEC intends to award a purchase order to LEG, Inc. on or about January 10, 2024. The total award value will be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
