The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract for overhaul for two rigid inflatable boats (RIBs). The required work shall take place at the contractors facility. The contractor must have resources and facilities to perform this work on the island of Oahu. The tentative Period of Performance is 16 JANUARY 2024 to 28 JUNE 2024.
The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-24-Q-0013. Quotes will be due on 8 JANUARY 2024 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.
This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2024-01, DFARS (10/30/2023) and NMCARS 18-22.
This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J019 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Requirements: Ships, Small Crafts, Pontoons, and Floating Docks. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date.
