The Government requires a Side by Side (SxS) Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) with a powered dump box. The UTV will be used by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers employees to access dikes, haul materials, tow trailers, remove brush, security inspections and other tasks in support of the operation and maintenance of Lock & Dam 5 on the Upper Mississippi River.

The UTV must meet or exceed SOW specifications, which include (but are not limited to):

• Capacity: 2 Passengers
• Cargo Box Capacity: 500 lb
• Payload: 925 lb
• Powered Dump Box shall be gas, hydraulic or electric assist to raise
• Transmission: Automatic, 4WD with locking differential
• Towing Capacity: 1,500 lb
• 4 cycle gasoline engine with at least 35 HP, liquid cooled, with fuel injection

Delivery shall be FOB(D) Lock & Dam 5, Minnesota City, MN. UTV will be delivered to the Government at Lock & Dam 5 during normal business hours no later than March 1, 2024.
