The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Government requires a Side by Side (SxS) Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) with a powered dump box. The UTV will be used by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers employees to access dikes, haul materials, tow trailers, remove brush, security inspections and other tasks in support of the operation and maintenance of Lock & Dam 5 on the Upper Mississippi River.
The UTV must meet or exceed SOW specifications, which include (but are not limited to):
Delivery shall be FOB(D) Lock & Dam 5, Minnesota City, MN. UTV will be delivered to the Government at Lock & Dam 5 during normal business hours no later than March 1, 2024.

Vendor shall accept as trade-in one John Deere Gator Diesel 6x4 with the following specifications:

Quotes received after the deadline are considered late, and may not be considered for award.
Quotes must include specific acknowledgement of all amendments to the solicitation (if any).
