See additional specifications in section 07 54 00 Thermoplastic Membrane Roofing.

The order of the installation for each institution and building shall be determined by the FBOP. The institutional order shall be from the lowest security level to the highest i.e., FPC, FCI, and then the ADX. The building order will be determined by FBOP during the pre-construction meeting. The FBOP reserves the right to change the installation order at any time.

Contractor shall remove the existing razor wire as necessary to complete the work on a daily basis. The Contractor shall return all existing razor wire to its permanent location at the end of each working day for security purposes. Contractor shall coordinate all razor wire removal activities with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) in advance of work.

An assembly letter by the manufacture shall be supplied to the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) that clearly indicates the new roofing system meets a 20-year, 100 mph wind rating, and two-inch hail protection. Refer to individual specification sections for additional warranty requirements.

The Statement of Work/Specifications attachment included with the solicitation will provide complete requirements for the project. The solicitation will be posted at a later date.
