This work would be a full replacement of the dust collector system to include a combustible dust and fire protection management system that meets current NFPA guidelines. All existing duct work must be replaced and redesigned to be efficient when collecting dust. This will also require the removal and disposal of the old unit and duct work and installation of all new equipment.
Dust Collector Requirements

• All welded minimum 7 gauge mild steel construction
• Exterior surface painted to withstand exterior temperatures
• Leg support to provide minimum 48” clearance to provide area for dust collecting
• Standard inlet, minimum 17” diameter flanged
• Steep hopper with access cover, minimum 60-degree, single outlet discharge flange to match rotary valve
• Top mounted explosion vent with weather cover and burst indicator
• Side mounted sprinkler coupling with head
• Side mounted blower flange
• Ground test documentation
• Inclined Exhaust Fan, minimum 70 dBA at 3ft, 40HP, 3/60/208V, TEFC motor
• Rotary Valve, 14-18”, 1HP, 208V, NFPA 69 compliant
• Electric control panel, NEMA 12 enclosure, 40HP, 208V variable frequency drive for main blower
• Shipping of All Items/Supplies
• Installation of all Components
• All Equipment Rentals Relevant to Installation Process

• Galvanized steel construction, quick-fit, clamp together and angle ring flanged
