COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached.  Solicitation W50S9H-24-Q-0003 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-01, dated 14 November 2023. This solicitation is being issued as 100% Total Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336390 – Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000 Employees.

All qualified Small Businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotations.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: C2 Suite Truck Pack

The Wisconsin Air National Guard has a requirement for one (1) C2 (Command & Control) Suite Truck Pack.

Quotes must meet the following specifications for this requirement:

• Must fit 2008 F-350 with 8’ bed

• Minimum of five doors

• Low profile ladder rack

• LED lights (internal and external)

• 2,000 lb. bed slide (100% extension)

• Marine grade welded and sealed aluminum construction.

• Cross box shelf with 2x drawers below

• Adjustable shelves in all toolboxes including cross box.

• 71.5” wide x cab height

All quotes will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation procedures described in this solicitation. 

Quotes must include estimated delivery date, SAM Unique ID Number, CAGE Code, and Tax Identification number.

***Offers must include sufficient information to include all technical specifications for the Governments review and determination of technical acceptability.  Failure to include sufficient technical information may result in determination of unacceptability.

In accordance with FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds - Funds are not presently available for this procurement and no contract award will be made until appropriated funds become available.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Offerors shall be required to return the attached Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, W50S9H-24-Q-0003 signed and filled in appropriately as their offer along with any additional information required to state how the quoted items meet or exceed the minimum specifications and any additional fill-in provisions. 

All contractors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov database at the time of submission of quotes.

Pricing must be valid until 31 January 2023.

A question and answer (Q&A) will be posted, if required, approximately 2 business days after all questions have been received.

LATE OFFERS:

Offerors are responsible for submitting quotations, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in this solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation. FAR 52.212-1(f)).
