The U.S. Embassy Hanoi intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for transportation service requirements including, but not limitted to, vehicle rental and pickup/ drop off services for the Agencies in U.S. Embassy Hanoi. Requirement will be a wide variety of cars, trucks, … which will be listed in detail in Scope of Work.

The Embassy estimates that the volume of purchase through this BPA will be USD 250,000 for the period December 2023 – November 2028. The Embassy is not obligated to purchase any definite amount under this BPA. The amount of any one purchase will not exceed USD 10,000.

The US Government intends to award BPAs to those firms that are technically acceptable, responsible, and cleary intend to provide products or services to the US Government at market prices or below. The Contracting Officer will determine technical acceptability by ensuring that the firm is able to comply with the term of this BPA. The U.S. Embassy Hanoi will review your proposal. The proposal should have the company registration record in the System for Award Management (SAM) with the Unique Entity ID (UEI) number and the NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) Code for doing business with the US Government. If you already have the SAM record available, please submit the confirmation letter toghether with the proposal for our review. If you don’t have the SAM record, please find the attached instruction.
