PUBLISHED. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with one base and three one-year options to Accuray
Incorporated, 1310 Chesapeake Terrace, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 for the purpose of providing preventive maintenance, inspection and repair services for the Accuray Cyberknife system. The
procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office
(NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, software, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to
maintain the Accuray Cyberknife medical equipment for the Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center located in Houston, Texas. Based on market research, and previous acquisition history, it
has been determined that Accuray Incorporated is the only vendor capable of providing all the required preventive maintenance and repair services in accordance with original equipment
manufacturer requirements. This notice is being distributed solely through the General Services Administrations website at https://sam.gov. Interested parties are responsible for
monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 811210, Electronic and Precision
Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and
