Description

This Sources Sought Synopsis is for the Oregon Air National Guard, 142d Wing, Portland Air National Guard Base, Portland, OR, to identify sources in the Small Business vendor size under NAICS 236220 for repair construction as identified in the Specifications (see Attachments). The Project Magnitude is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. This is not a request for proposal/bid, or a solicitation, or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. No funds are available at this time.

The proposed project is outlined in the Specifications. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this project. Interested vendors are asked to respond to the contacts listed below via email. Supply a response package including the following: 1. Sources Sought Cover Sheet (see Attachments), 2. Single page overview of recent, within five (5) years, and relevant capabilities and projects. See below for "relevant capabilities" Packages shall not exceed the two (2) page total.

**For relevant capabilities, pay special attention to Sections 03.01.00 and 13.48.73 of the specifications. Please reference experience with seismic control and structural rehabilitation.**
