This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov.

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirement:

DoDEA requires an expansion of the successful pilot elementary school programs to the secondary level, continues the development of on-line materials for military-connected schools, and builds DoDEA’s capacity to sustain the program.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710, Educational Support Services, and the applicable PSC is U009, Educational Support Services. Interested parties shall be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.SAM.gov, prior to submitting their quotes.

DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE1254-24-Q-0005 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be a set aside. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The period of performance will consist of a base year of 12-Months with four (4) 12-Month option periods. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 30 October 2024 and an award date on or about 15 February 2024.
