Please note: this is a Sources Sought Notice.*

The Army National Guard (ARNG) is looking for shuttle services for personnel employed at the Temple Army Readiness Center (TARC). The purpose of this service is to provide daily transportation to and from the TARC, Crystal City, and the Pentagon.

Please see attached the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), titled “Sources Sought_PWS and PRS_SS-24-R-3084_Transportation Services” for details. This PWS is subject to changes--major or minor--and is not guaranteed to be the PWS used in the solicitation, if a solicitation is issued. This procurement is intended to be a competed, 8(a) set-aside award.

Reponses shall be emailed to the Contracting Specialist, Ms. Sophie Chen, and to the Contracting Officer, LTC Jeremy Goldsmith.

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 485113. The Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard is: $32.5M. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) is V212.

Capability Statement with following information:

1. Description of your company’s general capacity and the nature of the goods/services that have been provided. Please include a description of your overall staff composition and management structure.
2. Description of your company’s experience on previous projects of similar scope and complexity.
3. Description of anticipated capabilities to fulfill the requirements identified in the PWS.
4. Describe your capabilities in providing these services to the Department of Defense, particularly at the Army level.

Responses shall be in writing, only, and submitted electronically via email using PDF or MS Word formats. Responses shall not exceed 5 pages, excluding the cover letter. The page dimensions shall be 8-1/2" x 11" with 1” margins, and the response shall be written with no smaller than 11 pt font. Email file limit size is restricted to 15MB.

Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledge, and no feedback or evaluation will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
