DLA Land at Aberdeen is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) SPRBL1-24-R-0002 for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Long-Term-Contract (LTC), with a five (5) year base and 5-year option and that the pricing of the proposal be only for 5 years.

This acquisition is for the procurement of spare parts for the AN/ARN-147, AN/ARN-149, & AN/ARN-153 Advanced Digital Tactical Airborne Navigation System (TACAN) system used in Army aircraft to aid in tactical navigation.

Cage Code 13499; Collins Aerospace Inc. is the only approved source for these items. The RFP will be Other Than full and open competition. Guaranteed minimum of $156,893,103.34, with a ceiling of $196,636,861.92.
