PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE / SYNOPSIS

The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a one-time, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract with a one year buying option for the following requirement:

Quantity: 116 each

Inspection and Acceptance: Origin

FOB: Destination

End Item Description: An accumulator in which liquids are stored under pressure for momentary energy in a hydraulic system; excludes accumulator, hydraulic, squib actuated.

Procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Technical Data Package (TDP) Distribution Level is D and limited to Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. DoD contractors only. A link to the TDP will be available when the solicitation is released. All Offerors must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP).

All interested and capable firms and manufacturers may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered.

Please note, this is not a request for proposal, nor is it seeking offerors to be placed on a solicitation mailing list. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals or solicitation of offerors and is no way binding to the Government.
