This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 5-year base period. This is a SDVOSB set aside. Only offers from SDVOSBs will be considered. Certified Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments are not authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item but is not a critical safety item.

The Supplier Performance Risk System applies. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 11/8/23 with a closing date on 12/8/23.

This item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DOD to access unclassified data per DOD 5220.22m. Certification is obtained by submitting DD form 2345, military critical technical data agreement, to the defense logistics information services.

DLA Direct (STOCK)

First Article Testing is required. Delivery of the First Article units will be 150 days ADO. Government testing, evaluation, and notification will be 150 days. Delivery of the production units will be 638 days after first article approval. FOB is at Destination. First article terms: Inspection at Origin, Acceptance at Destination. Production unit terms: Inspection and Acceptance at Origin.

This solicitation includes procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction.
