PROJECT NO./TITLE: 675-24-103, Design-Build (DB) Services, Upgrade Lakemont Data Center HVAC The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 has a requirement to provide design and construction services to include labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and all other resources necessary for the design and construct all the elements to Upgrade Lakemont Data Center HVAC in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and other specifications. Work Location: Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Lakemont Facility, 2500 S. Lakemont Avenue, Orlando, FL 32814. Estimated Target Completion Period: 264 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with VAAR 836.204 (f)(1), the magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Product Service Code (PSC) J041 - Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment. This is a design-build project/solicitation that will use trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government.
