Vendor Outreach Day

The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Contracting & Procurement Division (CPD) intends to hold a 1-hour Industry Day conference call via “Microsoft Teams” on 07 November 2023 at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time for all interested vendors who want to learn how to properly respond to Government Solicitations utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as they pertain to Open, Inspect & Repair (OIR) and Overhaul Procurements. The agenda for this event will include an in-depth briefing on the following topics:

Introduction

Purpose/Mission Briefing (the type of work you typically support)

CLIN Structure/Contract Provisions (Industry Response to Solicitation)

Pricing (Firm Fixed Price not-to-exceed)

Questions-and-Answers

Companies interested in participating in the Industry Day will need to register not later than 31 October 2023.
