Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. Responses to this Sources Sought are not offers and cannot/will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. However, the Government may engage vendors that respond to this notice by seeking further information about capabilities. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Response Guidelines

1. Response Format: Interested parties are requested to respond to this Sources Sought by completing and submitting the requested information and filling out the chart in Question 2, also attached as a separate document: 47PA0724SS0001 - Question 2 Response Form.
2. Submission: Please respond no later than 5:00 pm ET on Thursday, November 2, 2023. Responses may be emailed to ky.nguyen@gsa.gov. You are not required to answer all of the questions.
3. Questions: Questions regarding this Sources Sought can be submitted in writing by e-mail to ky.nguyen@gsa.gov by 1:00 pm ET on Thursday, October 26, 2023.
