Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: Electric Boat Corporation (96169) P/N 218116716. The required delivery is 256 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is November 2, 2023.

This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
