The vendor will provide the following in accordance with the attached Statement of Needs:
1. Ship the machines to 61 Medical Treatment Facilities (List is attached/Tab 12)
2. Machine
2.1. Shall be capable of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) compliant mask fit testing in at least three minutes.
2.2. Shall measure respirator leakage that is adheres to the standardized testing within the Air Force facilities and the Federal Regulations governing fit testing [29 CFR 1910.134].
2.3. Mask fitter shall utilize controlled negative pressure technology requiring no consumables.
2.4. Each machine shall include an optional battery pack to allow for cordless operation.
2.5. Shall not require a waiting period for fit testing for smokers.
2.6. Shall be capable of touchless testing that automatically initiates when the patient begins the test exercises.
2.7. Each unit shall include a virtual server capable of automated guidance through the test protocol through a step-by-step animated guide.
2.8. Must include Virtual Operator Software and OHD Data Logger
2.9. Electrical Requirements:
