Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) a National Laboratory and Federally Funded Research and Development Center RDC) operated by The Trustees of Princeton University, a US Department of Energy Prime Contractor wishes to solicit proposals in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) 24-001C for qualified healthcare organization to provide Occupational Medicine Office (OMO) services for Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, 100 Stellarator Road, James Forrestal Campus, US Route 1 North, Princeton, NJ.

The term of the proposed subcontract is three years from date of award with option to extend the performance period for two consecutive 12-month periods, a total of 5 years if all options are exercised.

This procurement is unrestricted, full and open. The applicable The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621111 Offices of Physicians.

There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit scheduled for 11:00 AM (EST), Thursday, October 26, 2023. Firms must return the RFP Acknowledgement Form contained in the RFP to receive information to attend the event. Attendance is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged.

Proposals are due to PPPL by 4:00 PM EST, Friday, November 17, 2023.

This announcement shall not commit PPPL to issue a subcontract for this effort, or to pay any costs incurred by offerors in the preparation and submittal of proposals in response to this RFP.
