AFTC/PZIA located at Arnold AFB, TN intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Siemens Government Technologies, Inc. (CAGE Code 0DZG1), to meet the Government’s requirement for a Control System Modification to the A-Exhaust Variable Frequency Drives IAW Attachment 1 – DRAFT Statement of Objectives, using the authority at 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, 41 U.S.C 1901.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received via email by 1:00 PM CST on 24 October 2023. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received may only be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
