This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.  This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 / 06/02/2023.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380, with a small business size standard of $19 Million Dollars.  The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Critical Water Testing for the Phoenix VA Medical Center located in Phoenix, AZ.  All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov.
