This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for light refreshments, lunch meals, conference room and childcare space for the New Jersey Army National Guard within a 20-mile radius of Parsippany, New Jersey (NJ venues only), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. ONLY QUOTES FROM VENDORS WITHIN THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED LOCAL AREA WILL BE ACCEPTED; NO THIRD-PARTY VENDORS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05, effective 22 September 2023. This procurement is Full and Open Competition with preference given to Small Business. The NAICS code is 722320. Basis for award is Price. Past Performance will be evaluated although will be a less significant evaluation factor than Price. The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The government intends to issue a single firm-fixed-price award.

Proposals must include ALL associated costs. No modification will be made to add additional funding beyond the quoted amount. This is an all in firm fixed price contract.

The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation and in accordance with the requirments outlined in Attachment 1:

CLIN 0001: Light refreshments for 550 Adults and 50 children - 02 December 2023

CLIN 0002: Meeting Space - 02 December 2023

CLIN 0003: Lunch for 550 Adults and 50 children - 02 December 2023

CLIN 0004: Audio/Visual Equipment - 02 December 2023

CLIN 0005: Service Charge (if applicable)- 02 December 2023

Required facilities, equipment, support services, and meal items are provided in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). Please include sample menu with quote.

To be quoted as Unit Price and Total Dollar Amount.

Please refer to Attachment 2 for the provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation. All Representations and Certifications shall be completed within the contractors System for Award Management (SAM) profile on www.sam.gov.
