Base Year Period of Performance: 01 NOV 2023 through 31 OCT 2024 Contractor shall provide: The Contractor shall provide personnel, management, equipment, tools, supplies, and transportation to perform heating, cooling, and boiler chemical water treatment service for the SFVAHCS. This contract encompasses HVAC and boiler systems located 4150 Clement St., San Francisco, CA 94121. The objective for performance under this contract is to provide the best practical chemical water treatment to reduce corrosion rate and mitigate legionella bacterial growth associated with the HVAC and Boiler closed-loop systems and cooling towers. Consulting and System Modernization: Monthly reports shall contain a short summary of such suggestions and note any adjustments to chemical feed rates. Recommendations for other than minor changes to the VA s systems shall require stand-alone reports. The Contractor shall provide Water Chemistry Training to all Boiler Plant Operators and other select Operations and Maintenance personnel.
