The Government is seeking a minimum of 17,480 ANSI/BOMA Square Feet and a maximum of 18,354 ANSI/BOMA Square Feet of Hangar and related space in Carolina, Puerto Rico.
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:
State: Puerto Rico
City: Carolina
Delineated Area: The space must be located within the Luis Munoz Marin (SJU) Airport and/or Muniz Air Base tarmacs
Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,480
Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,354
Space Type: 15,475 ABOA SF of Hangar space (with an additional 1,331 ABOA SF office/pre-flight space, 674 ABOA SF storage/maintenance space, and restroom w/shower)
Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Spaces
Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 4 Surface
Full Term: 20 years
Firm Term: 15 years

Government shall have the right to mount roof antennas. Agency cannot be collocated with private firms whose primary clientele are involved or have ties to criminal elements.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, security, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions, and specifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be sent out pursuant to this advertisement.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
