The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 8, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8), is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of meeting the following requirements: Seal trailer 81 roof using a Roofing Grade rubber sealant, for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa, FL. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classifications listed below relative to the below listed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code. This notice will help the VA in determining available potential sources only. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. SCOPE OF WORK The James A Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) at 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd. Tampa Florida 33612 has a requirement to seal trailer 81 roof using a Roofing Grade Rubber that could double the life expectancy of the existing roof system. Product used shall have the following Characteristics: A superior fluid applied rubber that combines the elastic properties of a modified latex with the weatherproofing and waterproofing qualities of a highly re-fined Liquid Rubber. IPP has also further refined the Roof Grade Rubber to meet application needs and uses. The Roof Grade Rubber is available as either a dual component or single component system.
