The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore intends to issue a Request for Quotation for the apartment and furniture cleaning services at the U.S. Government-leased/owned residences in Singapore. These services are required prior to occupancy of the residences and upon termination of lease for return to the respective landlord(s). The Contractor is expected to supply labor, equipment, materials, transport to perform this service as and when required by the U.S. Embassy.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract.

The Government is planning to hold a site visit and the date for this will be in the solicitation.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.

It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB.
