DESCRIPTION SOURCES SOUGHT: The VA Brockton Campus requires a contractor to provide professional services to provide all equipment, labor, and materials for multiple roofs throughout the
VAMC Brockton Campus. Work to be performed at VAMC Brockton, 940 Belmont St, Brockton, MA in accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications, Drawings, Federal, State, and Local
Codes. Contractor to provide all equipment, labor, and materials for a complete roof replacement. Work is not limited to but includes the following: The work includes, but is not limited
to: General construction, renovations, safety, GEMS and infection control measures, environmental protection, testing laboratory services, quality control, construction waste management,
fabrications, thermal and moisture protection, finishes, signage, roof system, roof drainage, lightning protection system, roofing associated hardware and schedule management. See
drawings and specifications for more information. Remove existing roofs to roof slab and temporarily support all utilities/equipment associated with it, including but not limited to
conduit, piping, HVAC duct work, and associated utilities. Protect existing equipment and associated conduit, piping, and duct work at all times during construction. Install new TPO roofs
on Building 22 (13,300 square feet). Install new TPO roofs on Building 4 (33,000 square feet). Roofing work includes, but not limited to, roofing, roof drainage, lightning protection, and
other necessary utilities. Roof work includes installation of safety measures such as fall protection anchor systems as designed. Provide infection control measures, lighting, signage,
landscape, controls, energy and patient safety features during construction as mentioned in the contract documents. GC shall obtain general construction permit and NPDES before commencing
work. The purpose of this notice is to determine if there are qualified SDVOSBs or VOSBs, WOSBs, and Small Businesses that have the experience with this type of work and if such firms are
interested in this procurement. The magnitude of construction is between $3,000,000. and $4,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $45 Million.
Interested firms should indicate their interest to the Contract Specialist, Scott Doucette, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on 10/24/2023 via email to scott.doucette@va.gov. The following
information is required in response to this notice: (1) A positive statement of your intention to submit a proposal in response to a solicitation for this project. (2) Unique Entity
Identifier (UEI). (3) Provide one example of a recent project within the last 5 years of similar size and scope showing experience with the requirements of this project description. (5)
Prime shall provide proof of bonding capacity for a project of this magnitude. (6) Prime shall provide proof of insurance for a construction project of this magnitude. Interested firms
shall hold an active SAM registration. Visit www.sam.gov to register in this database. SDVOSB or VOSB firms shall be verified by https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ The Network Contracting
