The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC) intends to award multiple Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts for the acquisition of a wide range of professional Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services in Fiscal Year 2024.

Scope of services include (but not limited to): Master Planning; Regional and Urban Planning; Scope of Work Development; Studies and Surveys; Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment; General and Critical Facilities Commissioning; and Title II Services. Project types include (but not limited to): new facilities, additionas and annexes, barrier removal, rehabilitation, fire protection, and highways/roads.

All interested firms shall possess a current/active Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Top Secret Facilities Clearance and employ or have the ability to employ those with a current/active Top Secret individual clearance. The firms and employees must also be licensed to provide professional A/E services in the state of Virginia.
