Amendment 0003 to Solicitation SPRDL1-23-R-0095:

a. Increase the Maximum 5 Year Contract Quantity from 188 each to 200 each. Only the Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (25 each) is guaranteed.

b. Increase the Estimated Annual Procurement Quantity from 38 each to 40 each for each ordering year.

d. Extend the solicitation closing date from 23 June 2023 to 27 October 2023.
