1. This is a request for quote commercial services/supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.

2. The purpose of this RFQ is to provide service IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1) to provide interpretation and translation support from Spanish to English and English to Spanish for the Security Forces Assistance Exercise being held at locations within PRY.

3. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

4. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number PAN410-23-P-0000000907. Quotes should be valid for 60 days.

5. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541930 Translation and Interpretation Services. Contract action will be performed OCONUS. Local sources preferred.

6. All responses shall be in English, eligible and prepared in the following general format to be properly evaluated. Responses must be complete, self‐sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this RFQ.

7. Interested vendors must be currently active in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. This registration is free and can be accessed at the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.sam.gov.

8. The Government reserves the right to award without discussion.

9. All dollar amounts provided shall be rounded to the whole dollar. Stated in the box provided para #10 with supporting document IAW 52.212-2 Evaluation (see below).
