This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. This requirement is for Flip Classroom Furnishings (See attachment See attachment 1, 3, and 4 - Statement of Work, Line Items Description, and Specifications for the minimum salient characteristics.) at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

**Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date in the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. ALL QUOTES MUST BE VAILD FOR 90 DAYS FROM CLOSE DATE OF RFQ. ***

The applicable NAICS code is 337214 and the small business size standard is 1,100 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302023Q0122 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents, including the solicitation, FA302023Q00122, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
The solicitation will close at 9:30 PM CST on 19 Sept 2023. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.
