The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) hereby issues solicitation 15BFA023B00000038 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Heated & Chilled Water Line Repair at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Allenwood located in Allenwood, Pennsylvania.

FCI Allenwood is a Federal Correctional Facility located at Route 15, 2 Miles North of Allenwood in Allenwood, PA. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the complete construction of the heated & chilled water line repair. Specifications attachment included with the solicitation will provide complete requirements for the project.

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. (NOTE: This range is one of eight available ranges from FAR 36.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has necessarily been estimated/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238220 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 million.

This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
