This amendment is to revise the scope of work, Prime Mover Requirements. Attachment I Statement of Work had been deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment I Statement of Work Amend002_9_15_23.

Attachments II III, and IV remain unchanged.

The offer due date has been extended.

All vendors are to sign Amendment 002 (SF30) document and include it with their submission as acknowledgment of the amendment.

This amendment provides the answers to all questions received during the question period. Please review the attached Q&A Document and notes highlighted in yellow on the new "Attachment II Pricing Schedule A0001". Attachments I, III, and IV remain unchanged. The offer due date remains unchanged, and will not be extended. All vendors are to sign Amendment 0001 (SF30) document and include it with thier submission as acknowledgment of the amendment.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2023-05 Effective Date 08/08/2023. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1,300 employees. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Please find attached the Statement of Work (Attachment I), the Pricing Schedule (Attachment II), Clauses (Attachment III), and Solicitation Provisions (Attachment IV). Please review this Solicitation and all attachments below in their entirety. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.

Should any offeror have any questions, comments, or concerns after review of the Solicitation and attachments, please direct those questions to the contracting officer and contract specialist via email. To avoid delays in the acquisition, please submit all questions by September 7th, 2023 or they may not receive a response.
