NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is an FY23 requirement.

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is F5BFLG3136AW03, and the solicitation is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05.

(iv) This solicitation is a brand name effort. The associated NAICS code is 336411 and small business size standard is 1,500 employees.

(v) A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable):

Request for Quote for eBee X tactical mapping drone and support equipment. A small business set-aside, firm fixed price contract is anticipated for the purchase of the commercial items.

(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The HQ Air Force Reserve Command Basing and Logistics (GI&S) Program requires 2 ea senseFly eBee TAC, fixed-wing mapping and surveying drone (sUAS) system and associated items.

(vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Product and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The following addenda to the provision also apply:

*Proposal must be submitted to HQ AFRC/PKA (rachel.may.1@us.af.mil) electronically via email. Hard copy proposal will not be accepted. Proposal must be valid through 30 Sep 2023. Award will be based on price only; no other factors (technical, past performance, etc.) will be evaluated.
