(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commcerical products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcament constitues the only solicitation proposals are being requested and a seperate writted solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) This solicitation, FA255023Q0059, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a commercial product and installation acquisition of the Public Address System.

(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 effective 02 June 2023.

(iv) The North American Classification System (NAICS) Number is (238210) Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The small business size standard is $19.0m. The proposed acquisition is being solicited as a 100 percent small business set-aside.

(v)The Contractor shall oversee the design, test, and turn up of the transition from the existing solution to be integrated into the Schriever VoIP architecture.This project shall cover the technical objectives as identified in the attached PWS.

(vi) This procurement is a 100-percent small business set-aside. Woman-owned, service- disabled veteran-owned, small-disadvantaged businesses, HubZone small businesses, economically-disadvantaged women-owned, 8(a), and other small businesses are strongly encouraged to submit proposals.

(vii) The Government intends to issue a firm- fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror whose lowest-priced and technically- acceptable proposal that conforms to the solicitation. Only technically acceptable offers will be considered. For additional information pertaining to the evaluation criteria, please reference the attached Solicitation document.

A site visit will be conducted 12 September 2023 at 1000 MT.
