The US Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect to the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

Residential and Chancery Painting Services on behalf of the Facilities Management Office at the US Embassy Copenhagen, Denmark

The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed- Price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Commercial Service Contract for one base year plus four separate option years during the first quarter of fiscal year 2024.

The proposed services are for the interior painting of leased residence apartments located throughout Copenhagen and at the US Embassy Copenhagen Chancery on behalf of the Facilities Management Office at the US Embassy Copenhagen, Denmark. The successful contractor shall perform the residential painting services as described within the Statement of Work (SOW).

The solicitation may result in an award of a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ Type Contract for one base year plus four (4) separate option years beginning in the first quarter of fiscal year 2024.

The estimated magnitude for the entire project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 U.S. dollars. (Note: FAR range determinations provide relatively wide ranges only in order to give potential offerors a very general orientation. However, the specified range is not meant to give any indication as to the Independent Government Cost Estimate for this project, which could be at the lower or the upper end of the range indicated).

Qualified companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Mr. Anthony Walker at WalkerAK@state.gov no later than September 30, 2023 using the solicitation number 19GE50-23-R-0098 in the subject line.

Do not telephone. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, Unique Entity Identifier, Name of Contact Person, Telephone Number and Email Address of Point of Contact as well as the Firm’s Complete Physical and Mailing Addresses. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform services in Danish. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language.
