The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, Texas is issuing a construction solicitation W911SG-23-B-0005, in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) New Mexico.

General Information: The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturers specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. All work under this contract will be performed within
the confines of the WSMR Military Installation, at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The Wage Determination: General Decision Number: NM20230045 03/30/2023; Superseded General Decision Number: NM20220045; State: New Mexico; Construction Type: Building; County: Dona Ana County in New Mexico, will govern work under this contract. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price but shall not exceed $3,000,000.00, in accordance with FAR 28.101-2. Performance and payment bonds must equal 100 percent of the original contract price.

Procurement will be solicited as one hundered (100%) Women Owned Small Business (WOSB). The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipayted period of performance is 120 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The NAICS code is 237310 with small business size standard of $45.0M. The magnitude of the procurement is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. An organized site visit will be conducted for this procurement.
