The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for The Lease and Maintenance of Heavy Road Construction Equipment at Eglin AFB, FL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Questions/Inquiries: The contracting officer and contract specialist listed below are the Government’s sole points of contact for this acquisition. All questions, request for clarifications and/or information concerning this solicitation shall be received in writing by email to the following email addresses no later than 10:00 AM Central Time on 1 September 2023. The decision whether to respond to questions and requests for clarification made after that time will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. If no questions are submitted, the Government will assume that the quoter fully understands all requirements of the solicitation.
